How old do I need to be to purchase a vape?
In all states, personal vapourizers, including disposable vapes and vape pens, cannot be sold to persons under the age of 18. Ensure you're of legal age before purchasing from a vape store or buying vape products online.
I sent you an email, why haven’t you responded to me straight away?
We receive many emails a day, particularly about our best vape products and disposable vapes. Please be patient and allow up to one business day for a response. Emails are answered in the order they are received, Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm. If you email again before we have responded, your initial email moves to the back of our queue, so bear this in mind.
I have not received a confirmation Email
That's OK, if you have paid for your order, including any vape orders or disposable vape purchases, you can see it listed in the orders tab marked as Paid and view any details. Note: Sometimes it takes a few minutes for payments to be verified. You’ll also receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders, including orders for the best quality vape pens and other vape products, ship within 1 business day of being placed. Once your order has been shipped and labelled, you will receive an email with the details of your purchase, including tracking for your disposable vapes or vape pens.

No, we are not a scam. From the moment you place your order for a vape, whether you’re buying disposable vapes online or looking for the best fruity disposable vapes, we are diligently working to locate each item, pack it, and ship your order out to you.
